Why couldn't I cancel my transaction?

Typically, you can cancel your transaction within 30 minutes of payment unless the funds have been picked up or deposited.

If you click on your transaction receipt and do not see a "Cancel transaction" button, then it means your transaction is already being processed. You may contact support@tanggapp.com to confirm whether you can or cannot cancel your transaction.
