I.              Overview

The Tang App Philippines Inc. (“TANGGapp”, “we”, or “us”) Referral Program (“Referral Program”) may be offered by us as a reward for our loyal customers (“Referrer(s)” or “You”) and your friends, family, and connections (“Invitees”) for referring Invitees to use the TANGGapp platform (join.tanggapp.com) which enables You and the Invitee to send a remittance from the U.S. to the Philippines (the “Service”). By participating in this Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions (“Referral Program Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein, including without limitation our Terms of Service (https://www.tanggapp.com/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy (https://www.tanggapp.com/privacy).

You can review the most current version of the Referral Program Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Referral Program Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website.

I.              Definitions

"Bonus" means the incentive that is offered to Referrers for referring new customers to TANGGapp.

"Invitees" means the person who is referred to the TANGGapp by a Referrer.

"Referrer" means the person who refers a new customer to TANGGapp.

"TANGGapp" means the company that is offering the referral program.

II.            Eligibility and Restrictions

You, as a Referrer and current customer of TANGGapp, will receive a unique referral code that will allow You to refer Invitees who are new or prospective TANGGapp customers.

Each referral code may be used multiple times during the duration of the Referral Program.

Each Invitee may apply only one (1) referral code. If the Invitee fails to input the Referral Code for a transaction, the Referee shall not be entitled to any rewards.

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral codes should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, blogs, Reddit, etc.). Referrers are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. Referrers are prohibited from directly or indirectly doing or initiating any mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Referrers are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.

III.           Rewards

For each valid referral, the Invitee will receive five dollars (US$10) (“Bonus”) on their next transaction using the Service. Invitees will automatically receive the Bonus, which they can view as added to the transaction amount in TANGGapp. The rewards cannot be converted into cash and cannot be used outside of the App.

Referrer can earn a maximum of $50 worth of Bonuses per month, or equivalent in Philippine currency, in rewards from valid referrals.

All rewards are subject to verification. We may refuse to verify or process any Referral transaction in violation of these Terms. Rewards have no monetary value separate from the Discount and may not be redeemed for cash by the Referrer or the Invitee. They are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold.

IV.          Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that any products or services purchased are subject to our Terms of Service (https://www.tanggapp.com/terms-of-service) and nothing herein should be interpreted as a modification or waiver ofWarranty.

PARTICIPANTS AND PROSPECTIVE PARTICIPANTS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (A) YOUR USE OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, THE REFERRAL PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND TANGGAPP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND TERMS (COLLECTIVELY, “PROMISES”) OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW OR CUSTOM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROMISES AS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE USE OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, IMPLIED PROMISES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B) TANGGAPP MAKES AND GIVES NO PROMISE THAT (i)THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) BE UNINTERRUPTED,TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

V. Modifications

TANGGapp reserves the right to modify these Terms at anytime, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. TANGGapp may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Referral Program without notice. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. TANGGapp also reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Referral Program if we have a good faith belief that they have violated any of the Terms.

V.     Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Venue shall be in Makati City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other courts. In case of dispute, the Parties shall exert best efforts to settle the same through mediation.
