1) File your report as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days
2) Fill out our Support Form, select the appropriate category, and provide details about your issue
3) Depending on your concern, be prepared to share information about your account or transaction so we can confirm your identity. This may include your transaction ID, full name, email address, and more.
