How do I cancel my transaction?

Please follow these simple steps: 
1. Log in to your TANGGapp account and click on the transaction you'd like to cancel
2. If you see a "Cancel transaction" button on the receipt, click the button to cancel the transaction
3. If you do not see a "Cancel transaction" button on the receipt, please contact our support team at support@tanggapp.com
